Products on sale - cannot be returned exchanged or credited. The original purchase is final.
Fashion & footwear
Purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or credit note provided the following criteria is met:
Must be in perfect unworn, unwashed undamaged with original tags in tact
Please note that items that have been worn washed damaged or altered in anyway from their original state (ie tags removed) will not be eligible for an exchange or credit note.
Your item must be received by Oliver Campbell Trading within 7 days from the date of delivery
You must email us to lodge your return request prior to any returns and await an approval email acknowledging the return.
We do not credit original shipping costs & fees and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Homewares Art & Furnishings
On Sale - no returns or exchanges on Homewares, art or furniture.
Homewares purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or credit note provided the following criteria is met:
Must be in perfect undamaged with original tags in tact.

Jewellery
Earrings cannot be exchanged credited or returned unless deemed faulty due to hygiene restrictions.
Custom Orders
If your order is a custom order we are unable to offer an exchange credit not or return option, the original purchase is final.
Fault Items
We aim to provide our clients with products of the highest standard and quality. We check all garments & items before shipping or instore sale. If you receive any items you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately by emailing photos.
In accordance with the ACCC if the item we have sent has a minor fault we have the right to repair the fault to the product and return it to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired we will send a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. If we cannot repair or replace your item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
Lost & Stolen Parcels
Please note any lost or stolen parcels are not the responsibility of Oliver Campbell Trading. We cannot offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on lost or stolen parcels.
We provide you with all the tracking details for your item.
