Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for domestic and international orders and the delivery price is determined by the metrics from Australia Post.

If you would prefer us to ship express via DHL we ask you request via messenger or email and we can arrange a quotation for you.

The cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the package and destination region, unless a flat fee has been offered.

If you would like an estimate of delivery time, refer to the tracking number on the shipping confirmation once dispatched.

Depending on the value of the goods and country of destination, you may be required by your customs office and local government to pay duty and tax.

International orders are GST-free. However, import duties, VAT, and taxes may be charged upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Oliver Campbell Trading is unable to refund duty and tax for international orders that are returned. You may be able to contact your local customs office for a refund if you return goods.
